Twin Eagles outdoor kitchen products are covered by a limited residential warranty. Fabricated stainless steel components are typically protected by a lifetime limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, while non-structural parts and hardware are generally covered for a shorter period. Warranty coverage does not apply to commercial installations, normal wear, or cosmetic changes caused by outdoor exposure. Proof of purchase and product registration may be required. Orders ship directly from the manufacturer and typically arrive within 7–14 business days via ground delivery. Free shipping on orders over $299 within the continental U.S. (excludes grills, carts, islands, and other freight-only items). Tracking is provided once your order ships. Please inspect deliveries upon arrival and report any issues within 5 days.

Returns require an RA number from customer service before sending anything back. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and properly packed to avoid damage. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee if packaging or paperwork is missing. Electrical parts are returnable within 7 days only if not installed. Damaged, missing, or defective items must be reported within 2 days of delivery.
