It features an integrated Dual Gas Combined 35,000 BTU Burners Ignition System, as well as a charcoal/wood drawer that you can easily replenish while grilling. The drawer also makes cleanup easy, as you can simply remove it and dump the ash waste.
The Sunstone 42" Gas/Charcoal/Wood Hybrid Grill offers unlimited grilling possibilities, from smoking to searing. You can customize the drawer systems to your liking, and the height-adjustable top tray can be loaded with your choice of whole wood pieces for added flavor. Use one side of the grill for high-heat searing, while the other side is perfect for low-heat indirect cooking. You can also re-ignite the charcoal/wood in the burn trays as needed, or use the gas burners alone. With up to 500 degrees of heat from the bottom burners, adding charcoal or wood will exponentially increase the heat output.
With this grill, you can grill, smoke, and sear to your heart's content. The adjustable drawer systems allow you to customize your cooking experience, and the height-adjustable top tray lets you add wood chips or pellets for extra smoke flavor. Freight delivery is required when packages exceed the limits of small parcel carriers (i.e. FedEx, UPS, and USPS etc.), either by size and/or weight of 150 lbs or more. All such packages will be shipped via a freight truck carrier.
