The Sunstone 30" Gas/Charcoal/Wood Hybrid Grill offers unlimited grilling possibilities, from smoking to searing. You can customize the drawer systems to your liking, and the height-adjustable top tray can be loaded with your choice of whole wood pieces for added flavor. Use one side of the grill for high-heat searing, while the other side is perfect for low-heat indirect cooking. You can also re-ignite the charcoal/wood in the burn trays as needed, or use the gas burners alone. With up to 500 degrees of heat from the bottom burners, adding charcoal or wood will exponentially increase the heat output.
