The Fire Magic Echelon Diamond Single Searing Station, with infrared technology, allows you to lock in the juices giving you a tender and more favorable meat by flash cooking the meat up to 1000°. This Echelon Searing Station can be hooked up to the Fire Magic Echelon Diamond series grill or can be wired independently with a separate power supply (power transformer sold separately)
Please Note: If used independently from Echelon Diamond Grill Series - transformer (#24187-18) is required to power back-lighting and ignition system.
