The Fire Magic Echelon Black Glass Pizza Oven (Model 5660) is a high-performance outdoor built-in oven designed for precision cooking across a wide temperature range. Engineered with 304 stainless steel construction, it features a black tempered glass control panel and a digital touchscreen interface with thermostatic control from 200°F to 700°F, allowing for baking, roasting, or high-heat pizza cooking. It includes an 18? x 18? x ¾? cordierite pizza stone and a 333 sq. in. baking rack, both capable of fitting full-size pizzas and other dishes. 36,000 BTUs power the oven and utilize IPI ignition with flame rectification for reliable startup. A built-in internal temperature probe ensures accurate food monitoring, while an interior halogen light aids visibility. The ceramic glass door lies flat and supports up to 50 lbs, functioning as a prep ledge. For convenience, the oven also connects to smartphone-compatible control systems and shares the same cut-out dimensions as the E660i grill, simplifying outdoor kitchen integration.

Freight Delivery Details
Freight delivery is required when packages exceed the limits of small parcel carriers (i.e. FedEx, UPS, and USPS etc.), either by size and/or weight of 150 lbs or more. All such packages will be shipped via a freight truck carrier.
