All Delta Heat Side Burners carry a one (1) year full warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use from the original date of purchase. Labor is included in one (1) year full warranty period. When used in a multi-user setting (bed and breakfast inn, private clubs, multi-dwelling condos and apartments), Delta Heat warrants this side burner to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the original date of purchase. This multi-user warranty excludes commercial locations such as restaurants and food service locations.

Returns require an RA number from customer service before sending anything back. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and properly packed to avoid damage. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee if packaging or paperwork is missing. Electrical parts are returnable within 7 days only if not installed. Damaged, missing, or defective items must be reported within 2 days of delivery.
