Allow the grill to cool fully before placing the cover, and remove it periodically to promote airflow after rain or high humidity. This helps reduce moisture build-up under the cover that could affect grill surfaces over time.
Orders ship directly from the manufacturer and typically arrive within 7–14 business days via ground delivery. Free shipping on orders over $299 within the continental U.S. (excludes grills, carts, islands, and other freight-only items). Tracking is provided once your order ships. Please inspect deliveries upon arrival and report any issues within 5 days.
Returns require an RA number from customer service before sending items back. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and properly packed to avoid damage. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee if packaging or paperwork is missing. Electrical parts are returnable within 7 days only if not installed. Damaged, missing, or defective items must be reported within 2 days of delivery.
