Twin Eagles warrants all fabricated stainless-steel components to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for two (2) years from the original purchase date. This coverage does not include discoloration, surface scratches, weather-related staining, or minor rust and oxidation—normal conditions expected with outdoor products.
For multi-user environments such as bed-and-breakfast inns or private clubs, the grill is warranted against defects for ninety (90) days from the original purchase date. This multi-user warranty does not apply to restaurants or other primarily commercial settings.
Orders ship directly from the manufacturer and typically arrive within 7–14 business days via ground delivery. Free shipping on orders over $299 within the continental U.S. (excludes grills, carts, islands, and other freight-only items). Tracking is provided once your order ships. Returns require an RA number from customer service before sending items back. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and properly packed to avoid damage. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee if packaging or paperwork is missing. Electrical parts are returnable within 7 days only if not installed. Damaged, missing, or defective items must be reported within 2 days of delivery.
