The BBK-401 allows your guests to gather around this well-designed island while setting their drinks on the bar top and conversing with the chef as he/she prepares the food to perfection. It can be ordered with the bar built on the left or right side. This island comes standard with the P-series 4 burner grill, a centralized 27” access door that allows you to store a propane tank or use it for dry storage, and an electric plug-in to power your phone or needed appliances. The 4-burner P4 grill includes a complete rotisserie system that starts with a 15,000 BTU infrared back burner and motor that roasts up to 35 lbs, and 800 Sq. inches of cooking surface. And when you start adding accessories like a griddle tray for cooking eggs & bacon, or a smoker tray to infuse your foods with your favorite wood flavors, so get the party started and start entertaining guests today!
SOLID CONSTRUCTION
The BBK-402 island is constructed from commercial-grade 16-gauge galvanized steel and then sheathed with a Hardibacker ceramic tile backboard for added durability and moisture resistance.
DESIGN AND STYLE
The island base is available in Durable Ameristone Stucco and elegant natural rock or stone in assorted colors and textures. Countertop options include your choice of granite or tile made out of porcelain or natural stone.

Freight Delivery Details
Freight delivery is required when packages exceed the limits of small parcel carriers (i.e. FedEx, UPS, and USPS etc.), either by size and/or weight of 150 lbs or more. All such packages will be shipped via a freight truck carrier.
