This replacement DS "02 grill flame tamer (located below the burner) is made from 304 stainless steel, which makes it durable and rust-resistant. It is designed to help prevent flare-ups and distribute heat evenly over the cooking surface.
Please Note: This flame tamer will not fit the older Cal Flame 2-burner grills. At this time, Cal Flame does not offer a replacement part.
The number of flame tamers changes from grill to grill: 3 burner grill needs 2 tamers; 4 burner grill needs 3 tamers; 5 burner grill needs 4 tamers.
