This indirect cooking system allows you to cook foods with indirect heat or with infrared heat when combined with the Kamado rotisserie kit. Because of the lower chamber of the charcoal basket (which works as a chimney starter), you will be able to easily light charcoal starters and other ignition methods. The system includes a charcoal basket and stainless steel drip pan which catches drippings and can double as a water pan for adding moisture.
